Personal Goal Schedule
When you write a contract with yourself (commitment) to do something, be sure to include:
- What you're going to do?
- How much you're going to do?
- When are you going to do it (what time of day)?
- How many days a week are you going to do it?
For example: this week, I will
- (what) walk
- (where) around a block
- (when) before lunch
- (how much) three times per day, x days per week
Activity -- How certain am I that I will do each? Add a percent to each. (100% = total commitment) Sign and date as a commitment to yourself, before you begin the activities.
