Personal Goal Schedule

When you write a contract with yourself (commitment) to do something, be sure to include:

  • What you're going to do?
  • How much you're going to do?
  • When are you going to do it (what time of day)?
  • How many days a week are you going to do it?

For example: this week, I will

  • (what) walk
  • (where) around a block
  • (when) before lunch
  • (how much) three times per day, x days per week

Activity -- How certain am I that I will do each? Add a percent to each. (100% = total commitment) Sign and date as a commitment to yourself, before you begin the activities.
